As a kid, David started asking his father to let him go to work with him. When David was old enough, his father finally allowed him to tag along.  As he got older, he continued to work in the Landscape & Construction field. David got married and started raising a family of his own, he then realized it was time to pursue his dream of owning his own company. As a life-long resident of Albuquerque New Mexico, his knowledge of Southwest and Modern Designs reflects his Custom expertise.  Most importantly, He prides himself of having integrity and follows through with his word.  David expresses that his goal is to provide his customers with 100% satisfaction of a vast array of residential and commercial projects. 

David holds a GB-98 Contractor License (#398623) which allows him to provide all commercial and residential services. He and his crew do a majority of the work but he does work closely with a select group of licensed subcontractors on who specializes plumbing and electrical.
